Built as a fully integrated production solution, the TCAMO-600 combines pouch forming, filling, and core process control in a single platform — designed for stable output, efficient material usage, and straightforward integration into high-volume oral pouch operations.
Performance that scales with demand
A single unit runs at up to 600 pouches per minute, with a full production line reaching 2,400 pouches per minute. The system delivers an OEE of ≥75% and holds reject rates to ≤3%, backed by automatic vision-based rejection.

- Dual-roll feeding with automatic roll switching and web splicing, keeping the line running without manual changeover stops
- Fully automatic powder feeding with real-time production monitoring
- Integrated quality control, including checkweigher, metal detection, reject handling, and vision inspection support

The TCAMO-600 runs on a Beckhoff PLC/HMI control system paired with Bosch Rexroth servo motion, with SICK & KEYENCE sensors and a Pilz interlocked safety system. It’s remote-diagnostics ready and designed to CE requirements.

Flexible product handling
The TCAMO-600 handles pouch fill weights from 0.3–1.2g, pouch lengths of 28–40mm, and 12–25 pouches per can — giving manufacturers the flexibility to run multiple SKUs without sacrificing line efficiency.
